This is great news for those of us worried about the future Plans for our Greenfield Sites. Greenfield? Brownfield? Let me assume you have never heard these Words before, In the most basic sense of the words, they describe a Type of Land, Greenfield means Agricultural Land that has Limitations for Development, Brownfield Means Previously Contaminated Land and unsuitable for Development.
